Yeah, that's the way it is with my cousin Chris, too. I'll try to ask him what he thought of X RPG's story, and he'll instead start talking about Y RPG's system mechanics.

I guess a lot of my friends are like that, then.

On the other hand, it's kinda creepy, because my mind isn't like that. I'm just driven by my goals, which are driven mostly by my intuitive assertion. Knowing that INTPs and INFPs--or even perceivers in general--function basically on my own purpose when I'm interacting with them, or even in their presence? Kinda lends to self-defeating concepts of ...ego-centrism.

But I'd like to know what the perceivers think about that. (minus their desire to surprise me, to see how I interact with them...?)

Ben's description was pretty close. If I had an hour long phone call with you, I wouldn't remember one bit afterwards. If you asked me about some particular topic that we discussed, however, I'd be able to recall everything related to that.

I'll take this one.

If I had to guess(I don't, but I'm going to anyway), he's more likely to recall experience X or knowledge Y when in a situation where he needs to use that information. If you just sat him down and starting quizzing him on stuff, he wouldn't remember nearly as much.

That's pretty much how my memory works, too.

Context-sensitive-access-biased memory? I don't think I have that. Could you explain to me what that is, in detail?
