Indeed
I just purchased Realtime Rendering and 3D Game Engine Design. It's time to get into some hardcore graphics! I think I'm going to do more prototyping for Battlements and not "proper design", as proper design when you're not sure what you're designing tends to slow things down... a lot. Maybe I'll also buy Refactoring so I can learn to take PrototypedCrap and turn it into MaintainableCode.
I wonder if Microsoft's marketing crew takes the *problems* with their software into account when they plan for the future... It's hard to tell your grandmother that Win9x only supports 64k GDI objects when she sees the start menu turn into gibberish... She only wants it to Just Work.
Relatives make awesome food. :D
Neat looking books. I'll have to pick those up too.
Indeed, relatives DO make awesome food. It sure beats Totinos frozen pizzas, that's for sure. Surely you didn't try to tell your grandmother that Win9x only supports 64k GDI objects. I'm assuming you got sucked into a little PC repair just like the rest of our kind - no doubt your are labeled the "Computer Genius" in the family (or something similar). But hey...if that's all it costs to get some of that great holiday food then I welcome it.
Yup, you hit the nail on the head: I'm the "computer genius", but I gladly work for food! :D In fact, I tell my friends and their friends that I'll fix their computers for hamburgers, french silk pies, angel food cake, and/or cheesecake. :D
French Silk Pie!! That stuff [HTML_REMOVED][HTML_REMOVED]heaven on earth!![HTML_REMOVED][HTML_REMOVED] Cheesecake too!! Man..you're making me hungry...
::drooooool::
how about....kisses? (you know, Hershey's kisses ;) )
