Moonbase Commander is still owny. Yesterday, I played a fair number of games with my brother and Jack, a strategy game maven. It was so great. And for those of you who are curious about this amazing game: Go try the demo.
Argh... I can't stand this emphasis on competition in modern online gameplay. What ever happened to cooperation!? That was definately Graal's greatest strength, the ability to cooperate with other players and get strong, just a great game to hang out on. And if you liked, you could make yourself a new toy to play with, or a new level or even a new monster.
There are so many things that today's MMORPGs can learn from GraalOnline. I just wish Graal's designers would get a clue about it themselves.
Oh yeah, congratulations on your graduation! :) What are you going to do now?

I guess I just love competition. Competing with someone brings me closer to them. Cooperation is fun, but so is 2v2 in Moonbase Commander. :)
I'm going to graduate school at Iowa State. I'm going to be studying human computer interaction.

you suck. I had to create a life journal account I will never use just so I could tell you congratrs.
Congrats. Way to go. I mean it. I'm proud of your success.
My google.com name search number is one. On both names. My children will be dominant. They won't spell well, but they'll kick baby Austin ass.
I'm convinced my cat chases the ghosts of mice. Absolutly convinced.

Baby Austin will own. You will see.
You're still insane. How've you been? How'd you find my journal?

I'm very happy. Well, you've been aegisknight since I've known you in Pella, so it wasn't hard. I'll be there at the end of Jan. Maybe we can catch up. Whatever.
Oh, you'll get a kick out of this. In my latest D&D campaign, I'm playing a religious zelout. He's basically the Apostle Paul if Paul had said, "Yeah, sure Jesus, I'll love your followers, but you really aren't carefull enough, so I may just have to kill all those who aren't as devote as I am."
I have never been so offensive in my entire life. My entire party hates me. It's fun.

That does sound like a fun D&D character, and I'm sure you're playing it well. :)

Moonbase commander... I want to play. It's been so long since I've found anyone that still likes it :(
I played it for like 2 weeks nonstop with 2 computers set up on my bar downstairs and 2 in rooms upstairs. Productivity and schoolgoing ceased in my house.

Hee hee. Well, let's set up a game sometime. I'm trying to amass more potential opponents anyway. :)
