Well, apparently the SuSE 9.0 system update I did took out my webserver. I can't get it to do anything but crash now. So I guess I'll use this opportunity to upgrade to SUSE 9.1 (note the new spelling, heh). Bleh. What a waste of time. Oh well. I heard SUSE 9.1 can do automatic load balancing on multiple NICs and the new gcc hopefully won't give an internal compiler error when trying to compile Empyrean's Python bindings. :) I just wasn't ready to spend the hours today...
