Empyrean? Isn't that from Asheron's Call? What's Audiere from?

Empyrean is a game I'm working on. Audiere is a sound library I started a few years back. Corona is an image-loading library I started a couple years ago. Since I wrote a library called Corona, my friend Ben Scott bought me some Coronas (the beer) at a party once. I just found it strange that there was a beer called Empyrean. ;)

You wrote Audiere? I didn't know that. I've thought about using that library recently. Cool. Small world and all that =)

Heh, cool. :) I'm trying to find time to get the 1.9.4 release out... but it's taking a while.

It's a multiplayer sidescroller set in a fantasy world. Ideally it'll be something like Diablo II meets Secret of Mana meets Symphony of the Night. More info when it actually works. ;)

Bwaha--did it make you feel like a Ninja?
Also, funny thing about FF9. One of the gamedev guys here was talking about playing FF9 with his girlfriend. It seems like FF9 and The Sims seem to be pretty good candidates for female gaming.
