The French Can Have My Money!
Laura and I went shopping for cables to connect her VCR to her TV today. The place to get electronics is Radio Shack, right? Six feet of RCA Video/Stereo is $12. (The salesman quit helping me RIGHT after I complained about the prices. Meh.) Best Buy: $11 for THREE feet. Urg. Target: $8 for 6 feet. ??? TARGET was the cheapest?! I've even been having great look with video games at Target lately! Guess I know where to go when I need adapters and such. :P
Meh. Best Buy and Radioshack are evil. GameStop too. $40 for DQ7 used???
Heh. Seems like 'fun'. Unpolite salesmans suck. There are some 'underground' shops here & you can get stuff way cheaper than in official shops. Plus folks in such 'shops' are always cool and they just lower the price each time you decide to buy something. That is first they say one price (like $11) and finally, when you agree, they usually say something like this: "Oh well let it be just $10, because $11 is an odd number right, hehe?". Strange folks o_O, but sell pretty good cheap PC/Electronics stuff.
I bought a monitor cable from walmart for 6 bucks, so damned overpriced. It's just a bunch of wires !!! O_o They probably buy it for like 6 cents Made in China ==
No kidding. In bulk, cables are pretty cheap. In six foot increments, the markup is insane. >_<
Heh, that's cool. :)
