I want to go running. But today I had warts frozen, so I can't. What an end to a crazy week. Now I have insomnia. I don't even want to play San Andreas, even though I've been looking forward to it for a week. And Half-Life 2 is almost out. Eep. In other news, the first Empyrean alpha demo was submitted to the student IGF. You can download it here. Pretty critical network bug still standing, but I dunno if I care at this point. :P It's pretty neat when it works. Certainly tons of potential too. I'm considering the Open category for submission next year. I've contributed a Cal3D exporter for Maya to the Cal3D project. Works pretty well. My efforts mostly consisted of taking the five or so independent plug-in developers and combining their work into an official version. I also cleaned up the Max exporter for Cal3D. Now I'm in the process of cleaning up Cal3D itself. Someday it shall be less ghetto. (The architecture is really nice, but some tactical decisions make it really annoying to work with.) I believe I will watch a movie now. If there was an iTunes Music Store for movies, I would rape it.
