Posture
Claim: A major source of bad computer posture is caused by tiny screen fonts, especially those that don't scale with resolution (such as Windows UI fonts). Finally, make sure your monitor's DPI is configured properly. Control Panel | Display Properties | Settings | Advanced | DPI Setting. Your eyes will thank you. Your back will too.
