In the hopes of discovering where all of my time goes and why I'm so optimistic about what I can get done, I have started using Mozilla Calendar / Sunbird to manage my schedule. The UI is pretty impressive. You don't have to save or load your calendar. It's entirely automatic. If you want to create another calendar, there is a list you can add to. Or you can import somebody else's. Sunbird CLEARLY isn't done, but it's really nice so far, in the Mozilla tradition. So far I have my classes and various appointments and plans entered. Next I need to figure out how much time to allocate for all of the various projects I work on. And of course every day needs some wildcard work and off time. Managing all of this is tough. Perhaps this isn't my style.
