Go to your nearest gaming/anime store and buy it (they usually have it and/or the sequel, BRII). Or ebay. I got the special edition DVD on ebay for $10 (and that included shipping). BRI is definitely worth it!
I'm sitting Chad down over Christmas and making him watch BRII (not nearly as good as the original, but still interesting). ^^

The idea and the initial setup were fun and interesting, but I got bored with it. It failed to keep my interest, and the writing / acting / etc. did nothing for me.
